Just been to see Cinderella, with my grandson. Once again a triumph. Please thank ALL the cast, but with a special mention to Buttons on his debut. What a wonderful start to the festivities. Many many thanks.

Just been to watch Cinderella, my first panto in more years than I care to remember!
Really good all round entertainment, no wonder a further performance was added.
Think GBT could stand for Great British Theatre.
Cilla Black may be in the same show in Liverpool but give me GBT anyday. Well done to all for a most enjoyable night.

Watched the Thursday performance of An Inspector Calls As you can see, I am not a local so I can take an outsiders view of GBT.

In my opinion, the whole set up is first class from what is seen on stage, acting and sets, right through to the supporting areas. As value for money and friendliness goes, you cannot beat it. You should all be very proud of what has been built up, those in charge from other towns, my own included, should be made to come along and see what value having this type of venue has.

I will certainly make further trips to future events.

Just one little thing illustrates the friendliness: I had a somewhat protracted journey to get to the performance on Thursday and arrived just after the curtain went up. I anticipated having to wait until the 2nd half which would have made it fun trying to work out what had gone on beforehand!! Instead, I was greeted by a lovely lady, Mina, who allowed me to enter and take my seat although I must apologise for inadvertently almost stepping onto the stage area.
Thankyou because I then discovered I wouldnt have worked the play out just from the second bit !!!

Admin's Comment: Thanks for your kind words Perry. We have just started Act 2, so I will pass on your comments to Mina when I see her after the show has finished. Phil (Lighting, Sound & Webmaster)

I hope this is where I send my congratulations about your show:
Be My Baby....
The show was excellant and the acting superb I went from laughter to tears. The girls actually cried.
It made me remember those uncomfortable times as my friend went to such a 'home' but with a will of steel she fought to keep her son and won.
Will I still get notices from you about oncoming shows as I did with the 'old' web site. (Hope So)

Theatrical Quotes
George Bernard Shaw:
The moment we want to believe something, we suddenly see all the arguments for it, and become blind to the arguments against it.
